Jennifer Reuting is an American business consultant, author, entrepreneur and public speaker on corporate structuring and legal document production. She is currently the Founder/CEO of the hot new legal startup, DocRun, based in Santa Monica, CA. DocRun is a software solution that lets users create attorney-level legal documents instantly through a dynamically generated questionnaire. Jennifer is a champion for democratizing the legal field for small business owners and entrepreneurs.
She is the author of the best selling book, Limited Liability Companies For Dummies (Wiley Publishing, Inc., 2007)[1] (a book in the popular For Dummies educational series) and is represented by ICM (International Creative Management).
Ms. Reuting speaks regularly on television and radio shows across the U.S. addressing common business issues, such as the formation and management of limited liability companies and personally answers submitted questions about corporations and LLCs in her “Ask Jennifer” webpage.[2] Jennifer has founded two successful businesses: InCorp.com, the nation's third largest registered agent company and MyLLC.com.
Jennifer (in partnership with Bobbi Sue Luther) co-founded Cuties for Canines, Inc., a 501(c)3 Non-Profit, and serves as its President. This is a privately funded organization and relies on volunteer workers and donations in order to rescue dogs from animal shelters and place them in caring homes. These at-risk dogs would otherwise be euthanized, often within 24–48 hours if no home is volunteered.[3]
She currently lives in Los Angeles with her dog Audrey.[4]
